Our video measuring system, The Micro-Vu Matrix, is capable of measuring parts up to six decimal places. We are able to provide services for both inspection and for replication purposes. With the Micro-Vu we can accurately determine seal ID, OD, C/S, heights, angles, and even areas and volumes. We are also capable of taking still frame or motion capture footage of seals under magnification to store for future reference and comparison. This capability places Hi-Tech Seals at the forefront of the current industry inspection standards.

The engineering and drafting departments also use the Micro-Vu to do quality control inspections on close tolerance parts. Using precise measurements of the seal, we design a new custom profile to help recreate the product. The precision measurement service is offered on a contract basis.
