Machining Capabilities
With our array of CNC lathes, NC machines, and live tooling capabilities Hi-Tech Seals is uniquely situated to create custom parts in only 48 hours. Our Rapid Seal manufacturing is capable of creating custom parts with profiles ranging from as small as 1/4" (6mm) inside diameter and up to as large as 29" (737mm) outside diameter. For manufacturing options on sizes that exceed these limits please consult with one of our knowledgeable sales staff.
In addition to custom designed parts, we have pre-programmed into our computer over 200 existing seal profiles commonly used worldwide ( For a full listing please download our New Rapid Seal Brochure ). We can quickly select the desired profile, choose existing or new dimensions, select the desired material and manufacture a replacement part in a matter of minutes. Our ability to quickly manufacture replacement parts can save your company thousands of dollars from costly downtime, or from the cost of scrapping metal parts due to the non-availability of a seal.

Splice and Vulcanized O- Rings
Hi-Tech Seals also offers in-house splicing and vulcanizing of O-ring cord. We stock a large inventory of nitrile and fluorocarbon O-ring cord. Our manufacturing department can make virtually any O-ring size needed quickly and in the quantities you require.
