Machining Capabilities
At Hi-Tech Seals we have three CNC lathes, two NC machines and live tooling capabilities at our disposal. Our Rapid Seal is capable of creating custom parts with profiles ranging from as small as 1/4" (6mm) inside diameter and up to as large as 29" (737mm) outside diameter within 48 hours. Consult our knowledgeable sales staff for manufacturing options exceeding the given ranges.
In addition to custom designed parts, at Hi-Tech Seals we have pre-programmed into our computer over 200 existing seal profiles used worldwide. We can quickly select the desired profile, choose existing or new dimensions, select the desired material and manufacture a replacement part in a matter of minutes. Our ability to quickly manufacture replacement parts can save companies thousands of dollars from costly downtime, or from the cost of scrapping metal parts due to the non-availability of a seal.

Splice and Vulcanized O- Rings
Hi-Tech Seals also does in-house splice and vulcanized O-ring cord. We stock a large inventory of nitrile and fluorocarbon O-ring cord. Our manufacturing department can quickly make virtually any O-ring size needed.
