Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un joint populaire dans les applications basse pression o\u00f9 un joint \u00e0 faible friction est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Les joints HU sont le plus couramment utilis\u00e9s dans les applications pneumatiques comme joint de tige ou de piston. La conception est adapt\u00e9e aux situations o\u00f9 l&rsquo;espace est limit\u00e9. Les joints HU sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux nitrile de duret\u00e9 70A ou 80A.
