KasPex™ PEEK material

KasPex™ PEEK is Hi-Tech Seals' family of high-performance PEEK (polyetheretherketone) thermoplastic formulations, engineered for sealing and precision component applications that demand mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures.

As a PEEK material, it is one of the highest-performing semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymers available. It maintains its mechanical properties across a wide temperature range, resists hydrolysis in steam and hot water environments, and withstands aggressive chemical exposure. These PEEK properties make KasPex™ seals and precision components a reliable choice where elastomeric materials reach their limits.

KasPex™ compounds are available in virgin, glass-reinforced, and carbon-reinforced formulations. Each is formulated for specific performance requirements. Additional compounds are available for specialized applications.

KasPex™ PEEK Compounds

MP39 — Virgin PEEK

MP39 is an unfilled, virgin PEEK compound that offers the highest elongation, toughness, and chemical inertness of all KasPex™ materials. MP39 Flyer
