Commonly known as hydraulic frac balls or frac balls, these components are engineered for high strength and excellent resistance to corrosion, most chemicals, and harsh downhole environments. During operation, they are deployed in sequence from smallest to largest, each seating in its corresponding sleeve. Once seated, the ball isolates the completed stage and directs high-pressure fluid to the next target zone, enabling multiple, precisely controlled fractures along the wellbore.

These are available in high pressure and highly chemical resistant materials such as G-10, Ertalyte® PET-P, Torlon® PAI, phenolic and glass reinforced nylon PA. We stock sizes ranging from 5/16" to 3- ½".
